Bequia is the closest Grenadine island to the mainland St.Vincent. It has a population of ~8000 with services to sustain a modest marine and tourism industry some local business. The island is 8 miles long with most areas accessible by main road, finding it only takes ~30 minutes to travel via vehicle from one side of the island to the other providing stark differences along the way, while retaining its charm.
There are many locations which provide tourists with water-sports, accommodation, restaurants and much more. Which could cater to a traveling team as well as a venue for the film crew to operate.
Right around the corner there are always similar scenes with a more natural taste.
The tourism life is seasonal, which can be easily either be avoided or incorporated with enough space on each beach. The beaches closest to the harbour are the most populated with both tourists and locals.
The beaches furthest from the harbour are the most secluded, finding only either a few locals, or none at all. Some beaches have harder access for vehicles which provide even more privacy.
Many of the residents find themselves traveling in style, whether by customised water taxi or the stylised motorcycle.
